JLL grows Work Dynamics team with key Solutions Development hire


MENLO PARK, Calif., June 27, 2022 – JLL announced today the appointment of Gokul Ramdas to the role of JLL Work Dynamics Managing Director and Principal for Solutions Development. In this position, he is responsible for new business development and expanding existing client relationships throughout the Western United States.

Reporting to David Popler, Managing Director, Solutions Development, Ramdas will collaborate with the West Division, Americas and Global leadership, as well as Capital Markets and JLL Technologies colleagues, to drive growth and build partnerships.

“Gokul’s extensive experience in solutions development and reputation as an industry leader will strengthen JLL’s Work Dynamics platform and help us continue to redefine the world of work,” said Popler. “His track record for growth and ability to meet challenges will enable us to continue to provide best-in-class service to our clients.”

Ramdas brings over 15 years of experience within the commercial real estate industry, including leadership roles at prominent commercial real estate services firms and experience delivering Workplace transformation. Additionally, Ramdas has partnered with some of the most recognizable brands in the technology, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Based in Menlo Park, California, Ramdas holds an MBA in strategy and operations from INSEAD (France/Singapore) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
