West Norfolk 2022 Mayor’s Business Awards sponsor Complete Commercial Finance

The sold-out 2022 Mayor’s Business Awards is fortunate to be backed by many sponsors – and we kick off a series of features on them by spotlighting Lynn firm Complete Commercial Finance.

Established in 2020, Complete Commercial Finance (CCF) has joined the list of sponsors for the first time by backing the Leisure and Tourism category, which is itself profiled in this week’s Lynn News.

CCF provides a comprehensive range of business funding, ranging from asset finance, property development and investment, and commercial mortgages to everyday finance tools such as cashflow loans and vehicle finance.

Directors Michael Moore and Karl Lanham both grew up and attended school in Lynn and are passionate about working with local businesses to support the area’s economic growth.

“We were both KES pupils and formed a strong friendship at school,” said Michael.

“Although we forged our own careers in finance, two years ago we decided to launch our own business with a central goal to help companies in the area to understand and utilise commercial finance to help them grow and thrive.

“We work with a wide range of businesses including a number of leisure and tourism companies, so being a sponsor of the Mayor’s Business Awards is a natural fit for us. We have enjoyed reading about the shortlisted entrants, the Majestic Cinema, The Angel Watlington and WhataHoot, and look forward to celebrating the winner in March.”

“The past two years have been incredibly challenging for the leisure and tourism sector,” said Karl, “and we have seen first-hand from our clients’ experience how careful financial management and use of commercial funding can make a huge difference to a business, particularly during challenging times.

“Our goal is to help more companies see commercial finance – everything from a simple business loan to specialist funding of equipment or investment in a commercial premises – as part of their everyday business planning.”

“There is a common misconception that commercial finance is only for ‘the big boys’,” added Michael. “But the reality is it’s a simple business tool which helps companies of all sizes and at all stages of development to create stability and success – that’s something every director wants. We are excited to be part of the Mayor’s Business Awards and wave the flag for companies in our region.”
